Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of goality360.com and any registration or purchase made through it. By using the site or making a booking you accept these Terms. The contracting party is Goality Sport Group OÜ, registration code 17232252.

Services we offer

Football camps, tournaments, training sessions and related goods organised by Goality Sport Group OÜ and its partners. Specific event terms (dates, location, price, age groups, included services) are stated on each event page and at the moment of registration.

Booking and confirmation

A registration becomes binding when (a) payment is completed through Stripe or EveryPay, or (b) we send a written confirmation by email after manual processing. Until then the place is reserved on a best-effort basis and may be released if capacity is reached.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euro and include Estonian VAT where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will notify you before charging if a correction is material to your order.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Where stricter terms are stated for a specific event (for example tournaments with non-refundable entry fees), those event-specific terms prevail and are shown at registration.

Behaviour and safety

Participants and accompanying adults must follow venue rules and the instructions of our coaches and staff. We may exclude a participant for serious or repeated breaches of safety rules; in such cases no refund is due for the remaining sessions.

Intellectual property

All content on goality360.com — text, images, logos, video — is owned by Goality Sport Group OÜ or used under licence and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Liability

We are liable only for direct damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, up to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are first addressed at sport@goality.ee. If unresolved, consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.komisjon.ee). The court of jurisdiction is Harju County Court.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on goality360.com at the time of your booking. Material changes are highlighted on the site for at least 14 days.
