Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to camps, tournaments, training sessions and goods purchased through goality360.com. Stricter, event-specific terms (for example non-refundable tournament fees) are shown at registration and prevail over this policy.
Standard cancellation timeline
More than 30 days before the start: full refund minus a 5% transaction fee. 14–30 days before: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before, or after the event has started: no refund.
Medical and force majeure
If a participant cannot attend due to documented medical reasons (medical certificate) or our own cancellation of the event, we issue either a full refund or a credit valid for 12 months toward another Goality360 event, at your choice.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel an event for any reason, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, a credit toward a future event. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other third-party costs.
How to request a refund
Send the booking reference and the participant's name to sport@goality.ee. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Goods (gear)
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. Goods made or printed to order are non-returnable. Return postage is paid by the customer; the refund covers the goods price.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — most issues can be resolved within a few business days by email.
