Terms of Participation in Camps

1. General Information

Goality360 (Goality Sport Group OÜ, reg. No. 17232252) provides a platform for searching, booking, and organizing participation in sports camps. Camps may be:

  • directly organized by Goality360, or

  • organized by Goality360 partners, as specified in the description of the specific camp.

Our mission is to provide Clients with access to high-quality sports programs that promote development, learning, and international experience. We carefully select camp partners, oversee their activities, and continuously improve the quality standards of the services provided.


2. Responsibility of the Parties

2.1 Camps organized by Goality360 partners

  • The full responsibility for conducting the camp, ensuring participant safety, and the quality of services lies with the direct camp organizer (partner).

  • Goality360 bears no responsibility for any harm to health or property, accidents, or other incidents that occur during the camp organized by a partner.

2.2 Camps organized by Goality360

  • Goality360 guarantees the diligent organization of the camp program and compliance with reasonable safety measures in accordance with applicable standards.

  • Participation in sports camps involves physical activity and carries certain risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

  • Goality360 bears no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or other incidents resulting from:

    • failure of the participant to comply with camp rules or instructions from coaches or staff;

    • incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the parent (legal representative);

    • force majeure circumstances.


3.  Client Obligations

  • The parent (legal representative) is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the participant’s health, including any contraindications.

  • The parent (legal representative) undertakes to inform the participant of the camp rules and ensure their compliance.

  • Goality360 recommends that parents (legal representatives) arrange medical insurance for the participant for the entire camp period.


4. Cancellation and Refund Terms

  • A cancellation with a full refund is possible no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the camp.

  • In case of cancellation less than 30 calendar days but more than 14 calendar days before the start of the camp, a refund is possible minus an administrative fee of 50 euros, as well as actual expenses incurred.

    Such expenses may include the cost of already ordered uniforms, printed materials, other personalized items, and other costs incurred for the participant.

    Goality360 also reserves the right to withhold amounts spent on services (e.g., hotel bookings or other expenses) that are non-refundable or non-compensable by the respective service providers.

  • In case of cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the start of the camp, no refund will be made (except as provided by law).

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to support@goality360.com.


5. Limitation of Liability

 

Goality360 bears no responsibility for:

  • disputes, claims, accidents, or damages related to camps organized by partners;

  • injuries or accidents during Goality360 camps that occur due to causes beyond the good faith actions of the organizer (e.g., failure to follow rules, hidden contraindications, force majeure);

  • lost profit, moral damage, or indirect losses resulting from participation in the camp.


6. Final Provisions

 

By submitting an application to participate in a camp through Goality360, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. In case of any questions or claims, the Client may contact Goality360 support: support@goality360.com
