The owner of the online store Goality360 (hereinafter the Online Store) is Goality Sport Group OÜ (registry code 17232252), located at Peterburi tee 34/4, Lasnamäe district, 11415 Tallinn, Harju County.


Validity of the sales agreement, product and price information

The sales conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown next to the products, in euros, including VAT.

A delivery fee is added to the price depending on the customer’s location and the delivery method, shown during checkout.

Product information is displayed directly next to each product.


Placing an order

To place an order, add the desired products to the cart, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount will be displayed, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments
  • Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian bank payments
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

NB! When paying via bank link, click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store – via a secure environment of the bank or Maksekeskus AS.

The Online Store does not have access to the customer’s bank or card data.

The sales agreement is deemed concluded upon receipt of the payment.

The Online Store owner is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards data required for payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered (e.g. due to out of stock), the customer will be notified immediately and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded no later than within 14 days.


Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania.

Delivery options:

  • Omniva parcel machine
  • Itella SmartPost
  • DPD courier
  • Pick-up by agreement

The buyer bears the delivery cost, shown next to the selected option.

Within Estonia, delivery usually takes 1–5 working days from the agreement date.

To other countries, delivery takes 5–14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.


Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-store contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To withdraw, send a notice to support@goality360.com and fill out the form: [Insert link].

NB! The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made products (e.g. named kits)
  • opened hygiene products
  • services that have already started (e.g. camps, tournaments, trainings)

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.

The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer, unless the reason for return is a wrong or defective item.

The product must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. The Online Store refunds the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

If a more expensive delivery method was chosen, the store does not refund the excess cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the transaction if the product price was clearly incorrect.


Right to submit complaints

The Online Store is liable for product non-conformity or defects that existed at the time of delivery and appear within 2 years from that moment.

During the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed already. The burden of proof lies with the store.

If the defect is justified, the store will repair, replace, or refund the product.

The complaint will be answered within 15 days.


Direct marketing and data processing

Personal data is used only to process orders and deliver goods.

Data is shared only with logistics partners.

Marketing emails are sent only with customer consent and can be opted out at any time via the link in the email or by contacting support@goality360.com.


Dispute resolution

All claims must be sent to support@goality360.com or by calling +372 5551 2360.

If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
