1. General Information
Goality360 (Goality Sport Group OÜ, reg. No. 17232252) provides a platform for searching and booking personal and group training sessions. We act solely as an intermediary between the Client (Player) and the Coach (Goality360 Partner). Goality360 is not a sports club and does not organize training sessions independently.
Our mission is to provide Clients with the opportunity to find a suitable coach and create conditions for quality sports development. We carefully select partner coaches and supervise their activities, conduct regular consultations, and strive for continuous improvement in the quality of the services provided.
2. Responsibility of the Parties
Goality360 bears no responsibility for the process of conducting training sessions, the actions of the Coach, or any potential damage to the health or property of the Client during training. All responsibility for conducting the training lies with the Coach.
The Coach independently bears responsibility for the safety of the training process, the compliance of methods with modern standards, and the conscientious performance of their duties.
The Client is obliged to inform the Coach of any contraindications to training, health conditions that may affect the training, and to follow the Coach’s recommendations to avoid injuries.
Goality360 recommends that Clients consult a doctor before starting training, if necessary.
3. Role of Goality360
Goality360 provides informational support, helps select a coach, and organizes communication between the Client and the Coach.
Goality360 carefully monitors the quality of work of its partners and responds to feedback and complaints from Clients.
Goality360 reserves the right to terminate cooperation with a Coach in case of detection of dishonest behavior or non-compliance with quality standards.
4. Limitation of Liability
Goality360 bears no responsibility for:
any disputes and disagreements arising between the Client and the Coach;
injuries, accidents, or other incidents that occurred during training;
lost profit, moral damage, indirect damage resulting from services provided by the Coach.
5. Special Terms for Group Trainings
In the case of a group training session, if one or more Clients fail to attend the session, no refund will be provided.
The session will take place with the Clients who are present, and the training will be adjusted accordingly for the smaller group.
6. Final Provisions
By booking a personal or group training session through Goality360, the Client confirms their agreement with these terms. In case of any questions or claims, the Client may contact Goality360 support for assistance in resolving the situation: support@goality360.com
