An inspiring and meaningful event took place at the FC Silla football school, operating under the guidance of Goality 360. The training session was visited by Ion Yakovlev, a player for the Estonian national team and the Greek club Panionios.
This was more than just a visit from a high-level athlete — it was a powerful message, both for the children and their parents.
Ion began his football journey right here, in Sillamäe. Today, he represents Estonia on the international stage while staying connected to the place where it all started.
During his visit, he spent time with the children, ran a short training session, answered their questions, and shared important advice. This kind of personal, genuine, and emotional interaction leaves a lasting impression on young minds.

Why does this matter?
For a child, it is incredibly impactful to see a real-life role model, not just an abstract ideal.
Meeting a player who went from local fields to major European stadiums shapes the young athletes’ mindset towards work, goals, and self-discipline.
It builds self-belief and fosters a mentality that is essential — not just in football, but in life.

At FC Silla, special attention is given to the holistic development of each child: not only football skills, but also character building, values, teamwork, and mutual respect.
These principles form the foundation for the child’s future path — regardless of whether football becomes their profession or not.
Goality 360 supports and promotes these values, focusing on conscious development through real-life examples, experiences, and authentic connections with those who have walked the path. This is not a one-time event — it’s a philosophy rooted in belief in the power of environment, guidance, and upbringing.

Ion Yakovlev is an Estonian champion, national cup winner, and one of the top assistants in the Meistriliiga. Since 2023, he has been a consistent presence in the national team.
Despite his accomplishments, he remains grounded, ambitious, and close to the community he came from. These are the kinds of role models that truly inspire the next generation and show them the way forward.
The Goality 360 team extends its sincere thanks to Ion for his visit, engagement, and heartfelt support.
We believe that moments like these help shape strong, motivated, and conscious young individuals — both on and off the pitch.
