Goality 360 and Estonian football club FC Silla have officially entered into a strategic partnership. From this point forward, Goality 360 will take full responsibility for the development and promotion of the club at all levels — from long-term strategy to international initiatives.
Scope of the Partnership:
Goality 360 will provide comprehensive club support, including:
- Strategic development and the design of the club’s organizational structure;
- Sports and brand marketing, including image-building and communication strategy;
- Development of the youth football system, including academy model and methodology;
- International scouting of promising players and coaching talent;
- PR, visual identity, media management, and digital presence;
- Organization of training camps, international internships, and educational programs for both players and coaches;
- Expansion of partnerships with European and international clubs, academies, and platforms — including regular trips, tournaments, exchanges, and integration into the global football ecosystem.
First Joint Project — SillaCamp 2025
The upcoming SillaCamp 2025 summer camp marks the first step of the collaboration between Goality 360 and FC Silla. The camp will host young players from across the Ida-Virumaa region and other parts of Estonia.
Key sports partners of the camp include:
- Universal Coaching Football (Spain) — an organization known for its structured methodology based on Spanish football philosophy;
- Argentinian coach Benito, with extensive experience in developing youth players at the international level.
This initiative has been made possible through the direct leadership and coordination of Goality 360.
